      Order processing

      Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time. High-demand periods, address verification or made-to-order details may require additional time.

      Estimated delivery

      • United States and Canada: generally 7–15 business days after dispatch.
      • International destinations, where available: generally 10–20 business days after dispatch.

      These are estimates, not guarantees. The delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation is the best estimate for your order.

      Shipping charges and tracking

      Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, item size and available delivery method. When tracking is available, we will email a tracking link after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

      Customs, duties and taxes

      International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for these charges and local import requirements.

      Addresses and delivery restrictions

      Review your address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Some oversized items cannot be delivered to PO boxes or certain remote or restricted locations.

      Delays, lost packages and damaged deliveries

      If shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, we will provide notice and the options required by applicable law, which may include accepting a revised date or canceling for a refund. If we cannot ship the order, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid.

      Contact us if tracking has not moved for 7 business days or the delivery estimate has passed. We may open an investigation with the carrier. For visible damage or an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging and shipping label.
