Return Policy

We want you to feel confident about your Roomkindora purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. The item must be unused, unassembled, in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Before sending anything back, email contact@shopify-holders.com for return authorization and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what was ordered. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Items that cannot be returned

Gift cards, personalized or made-to-order items, products marked final sale, and items that have been used, assembled, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned, except where applicable law gives you a remedy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.

Cancellations and exchanges

We can only cancel or change an order before fulfillment begins. Exchanges are handled by returning the eligible item and placing a new order for the preferred item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the funds.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under the law where you live. Where a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal right applies, including for qualifying consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom, that right remains available.
